TARDINESS
If you are running late please send us a courteous text. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments are very important to us, and we request that all appointments be cancelled within 4 hours of service.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW, you will be restricted from booking online for future appointments.
