Cancellation Policy

A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is due when a services is booked. If you are running late please send us a courteous text. If you are 15 minutes (Facials)/ 7 minutes (Waxing) late your appointment will be cancelled. Your appointments are very important to us, and we request that all appointments be cancelled within 24 hours of service. If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW, you will need to pay a $30 rebooking fee to book any future appointments.
